How to Delete Your Data

We respect your right to control your personal data. If you wish to delete your data from Aura Headshots, you have the following options:

Option 1: Email Request

Send an email to contact@getaura.studio with the subject line "Data Deletion Request" and include:

  • The email address associated with your account
  • A brief statement requesting data deletion

We will process your request within 30 days and send confirmation once complete.

Option 2: Facebook Data Deletion

If you signed up using Facebook Login, you can also remove our app's access to your data:

  1. Go to your Facebook Settings
  2. Navigate to "Apps and Websites"
  3. Find "Aura Headshots" and click "Remove"
  4. This will revoke our access to your Facebook data

Note: Removing the app from Facebook will revoke access but may not delete data already stored. For complete deletion, please also send an email request.

What Gets Deleted

Upon your request, we will delete:

  • Your account information (email, name)
  • All uploaded photos
  • All generated headshots
  • Purchase history and records
  • Any other personal data associated with your account

Retention Exceptions

We may retain certain data as required by law (e.g., transaction records for tax purposes) or to protect our legal interests. Such data will be minimized and securely stored.
